As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you will be tasked with solving complex business problems using data-driven insights. You will play a crucial role in supporting strategic initiatives, driving product development, and enhancing customer experience. Your analytical abilities and strong problem-solving skills will help streamline operations, optimize processes, and create impactful solutions that drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive and organized team player who thrives in an evolving and high-pressure environment.Accountabilities:

  • Lead efforts in supporting licensing initiatives and product development processes.
  • Work closely with leadership to set up and refine core operational functions to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Leverage data to solve business challenges and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Drive strategic projects from concept through to execution, ensuring they meet business objectives.
  • Prioritize key initiatives, ensuring the most critical tasks are completed on time and within scope.

Requirements

  • STEM degree or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in the FinTech industry or a fast-growing start-up environment.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems using data and analytical tools.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to craft clear, concise presentations and articulate ideas effectively.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative approach and a positive attitude.
  • Experience in regulated environments is a plus.
