We are seeking a driven and experienced Strategy and Service Development Lead to join our dynamic Home and Community Support team. This newly established leadership role will focus on identifying and delivering new business opportunities, managing contract performance, and contributing to long-term service growth strategies.In this position, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify market opportunities, lead end-to-end tender and proposal development, and ensure successful implementation of our contract management framework. This role plays a key part in shaping Bolton Clarke’s service offerings and ensuring operational excellence.Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prepare and coordinate tender submissions, proposals, and expressions of interest
- Lead the redesign of tender processes to improve efficiency and best practice
- Oversee all aspects of contract management, including performance monitoring and compliance
- Proactively identify and manage contract risks
- Support commercial and service model development through quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to drive growth, value and collaboration
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and business reviews aimed at enhancing client outcomes
About You
You are a motivated strategy and service development professional with a background in health, aged care, or community services. You thrive in a collaborative environment and have a proven ability to support complex projects, manage tenders and contracts, and drive service improvement.
You will bring:
- A degree in Commerce, Business or a healthcare-related field
- Proven experience managing end-to-end tender submissions and contract oversight
- Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Analytical capabilities and experience with business case development
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office / 365 tools
