Présentation du Poste

Le Danmarks Tekniske Universitet (DTU) recherche actuellement deux assistants étudiants pour rejoindre l’équipe de projet du Digiwind. Ce projet ambitieux a pour objectif d’équiper les professionnels des STEM des compétences numériques essentielles à l’avenir des systèmes éoliens et énergétiques.

Positions proposées :

Communications & Design Student Assistant
- Éléments de contribution :
  - Création de supports visuels engageants (affiches, brochures, vidéos).
  - Gestion des tâches de communication ad hoc.
Digital Marketing & CRM Student Assistant
- Éléments de contribution :
  - Soutien au développement des opérations marketing numériques.
  - Participation à la mise en œuvre et à la maintenance des systèmes de gestion de la relation client (CRM).
  - Aide à l’exécution de campagnes de marketing par e-mail et de campagnes sur les réseaux sociaux.

Attentes et Exigences

Les candidats idéaux sont des étudiants inscrits en Bachelor ou Master dans des domaines tels que la communication, le multimédia, le marketing digital, ou d’autres domaines connexes. Une attitude proactive, le souci du détail et une forte motivation pour travailler dans un environnement projet international sont particulièrement valorisés.

Compétences supplémentaires appréciées :

Maîtrise des outils de conception graphique (Canva, Adobe Suite).
Expérience avec des systèmes de CRM.

En tant qu’assistant étudiant, vous intégrerez une équipe dynamique composée de chercheurs et de professionnels de la communication, dans le cadre d’un projet innovant. Vous aurez l’occasion de développer vos compétences tout en contribuant à la transition numérique dans le domaine de l’éducation.

Modalités de Travail

Conditions de travail : Environ 15 heures par semaine, horaires flexibles pour s’adapter aux périodes d’examens et de congés.
Durée : L’emploi se poursuivra tant que vous êtes étudiant actif au DTU.
Rémunération : Selon l’accord collectif multi-syndical en vigueur.
Date de début : À partir du 15 août, ou selon accord mutuel.

In this role, you’ll help create engaging and visually compelling materials to support the communication efforts of DigiWind.Your tasks may include:

Ad hoc communication tasks
Designing posters, one-pagers, brochures and other graphic materials
Filming and editing short videos

Position 2: Digital Marketing & CRM Student Assistant
In this role, you’ll focus on digital outreach and backend marketing operations, supporting our marketing funnel and CRM development.Your tasks may include:

Ad hoc marketing support
Contributing to creating and executing email marketing campaigns
Assisting with paid social media campaigns
Supporting CRM implementation and maintenance

Our expectations of you
We imagine that you are well underway with your BSc or MSc in communications, multi-media, journalism, film studies, digital marketing or related fields. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to apply your skills in a dynamic, international project environment.It’s a plus if you have experience in:

Graphic design and content creation tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing)
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

You will be part of a dedicated project team with senior researchers, communications and business support colleagues who will offer you the chance to be part of a unique and innovative European project advancing access to digitalised education in green transition skills.Salary and appointment terms
The appointment will be based on the multi-union collective agreement for the Organisations of Public Employees-Denmark (State) (OAO-S) and the trade union agreement for clerical staff etc. (HK/State).The workplace is DTU Risø Campus near Roskilde, with occasional workdays at DTU Campus Lyngby.Working hours are on average 15 hours per week and can be organized flexibly in relation to holidays, exams, etc. Starting date is August 15th (or according to mutual agreement). The employment runs as long as you are an active student.The workplace is DTU Lyngby Campus (or one of the other locations).Application and contact
