Contexte du poste :
Le rôle de Student Worker au sein de l’équipe des opérations CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls) est une occasion unique pour les étudiants en sciences de participer à la transformation des stratégies scientifiques en exécutions opérationnelles concrètes. Responsabilités Principales

Dans le cadre de ce rôle, vous serez amené à accomplir diverses missions :

• Assistance administrative : Rédaction de documents d’intégration, aide dans le processus de signature des fichiers de formation GxP, et mise à jour du diagramme organisationnel.
• Soutien opérationnel : Gestion des sites SharePoint, organisation des voyages, et fourniture d’une assistance administrative générale au département CMC.
• Gestion des documents : Importation de documents GenDocs, archivage de rapports et de données.
• Support ad hoc : Assistance dans divers projets, avec une formation appropriée.

Critères de Sélection

Ce poste s’adresse à un étudiant se distinguant par :

• Actuellement en seconde à quatrième année d’un diplôme de bachelor en sciences naturelles ou en sciences de la santé.
• Expérience avérée en travail d’équipe.
• Maîtrise de Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) et aisance avec divers systèmes informatiques.
• Fluente en anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
• Compétences en communication, tant écrite qu’orale.

Par ailleurs, le candidat idéal possédera des qualités telles que :

• Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités.

Your tasks will include, among others:

• Assist with onboarding & training documents: Draft onboarding documents, assist with signature process for training GxP-relevant dossier files, update of organizational chart.
• Operational support: Maintain SharePoint sites, assist with travel bookings, and provide general administrative support to CMC Operations.
• GenDocs document import.
• Archiving of reports and data.
• Ad hoc support for CMC Operations, supported by appropriate training.

RequirementsWe are seeking a service-minded and detail-oriented student who meets the following criteria:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in natural sciences, medical or health sciences, you are on second to fourth semester.
• Proven experience working in teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) and comfortable navigating various IT systems.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills – both oral and written.
• Ideally prior experience from another student job.
