Description du poste : The Role:This role is responsible for supporting the Contractors Management process and administering and maintaining the Contractor management systems across the Northpower group. The Subcontractor Coordinator ensures process compliance, undertakes audited and that the group has assurance around Contractor Management with strong reporting framework. Work with operational people within the business to embed the process and ensure operational ownership.– Administer and support the Contractor Management System and pre-qualification processes
– Ensure contractor documentation, qualifications, and engagement processes are current and compliant
– Maintain and report on audit and assurance frameworks
– Act as the main contact for contractor queries and internal stakeholder support
– Collaborate on system enhancements and contractor documentation updates

– Knowledge of contractor management systems and compliance processes
– Excellent administration, communication, and stakeholder relationship skills
– Strong written and verbal communication abilities
– Intermediate Excel skills and a good eye for reporting and process improvement
– Class 1 NZ Drivers Licence
