Au sein de la pratique Technologie et Transformation de Deloitte, le consultant sera chargé d’évaluer et de minimiser les risques tout en aidant les organisations à prendre des décisions éclairées sur leurs processus d’affaires, leur technologie et leurs opérations. Dans un environnement international, le consultant collaborera avec une équipe professionnelle pour concevoir, mettre en œuvre et superviser les concepts d’autorisation SAP, en visant à optimiser la gestion des risques. Il ou elle sera également responsable de l’établissement de processus et d’outils de surveillance afin de garantir la sécurité au sein du paysage SAP des clients.
Principales Responsabilités
– Conception et mise en œuvre de concepts d’autorisation SAP, en garantissant des pratiques sûres et efficaces.
– Guidage des clients dans le développement de contrôles internes afin d’atteindre les niveaux de gestion des risques requis.
– Assistance aux clients pour la mise en place de processus de surveillance afin de contrôler leur sécurité SAP.
– Collaboration avec les membres de l’équipe pour garantir la livraison de solutions de sécurité adéquates dans divers projets.
Qualifications Requises
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, le candidat doit posséder une combinaison de compétences techniques et organisationnelles, incluant des qualifications spécifiques suivantes :
- Expertise en sécurité SAP : Plus de 5 ans d’expérience dans un environnement de conseil.
- Création de standards : Capacité à concevoir des plans de sécurité SAP adaptés aux structures commerciales des clients.
- Gestion des accès : Expérience dans la conception et l’implémentation de concepts d’autorisation et de gestion des combinaisons de risques.
- Implémentation de solutions : Expérience démontrée d’implémentation de solutions de risque pour des entreprises globales utilisant des solutions SAP.
- S/4 HANA et Fiori : Connaissances en sécurité liées à S/4 HANA seraient un plus.
- Produits GRC : Compétences en conception et configuration de produits SAP GRC.
- Compétences analytiques : Excellentes capacités d’analyse associées à de solides compétences en communication et formatage de formation.
- Autonomie : Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante tout en ayant une vision claire des objectifs et des priorités.
- Relations interpersonnelles : Aptitude à établir des relations solides avec les clients en comprenant leur environnement et leurs besoins.
- Dynamisme : Être proactif, enthousiaste et flexible, avec un désir d’apprendre.

We are growing fast and are looking for strong consultants within a broad experience in the field of security and controls.You will essentially possess the following qualifications:
- You are an SAP security expert with 5+ years of experience from an advisory environment.
- You can design and implement best-practice SAP security blueprints, fit for the clients’ business frameworks. Essentially enabling technology to drive business transformations within Authorizations, Risk Management, Internal Controls, Information Security and Privacy.
- You are able to lead work for designing and implementing roles and access concepts, i.e. SAP Authorization Management and Hazardous Work Combinations (SoD).
- You have proven experience of implementing risk solutions in global companies using SAP solutions and the ability to assess business requirements, design solutions, produce functional analysis/technical documentation, and implement and test solutions.
- Security experience in S/4 HANA implementation and Fiori authorizations is a plus.
- You have experience of designing, configuring and implementing SAP GRC products, such as Access Control, Process Control and Business Integrity screening etc.
- You quickly understand the client environment and identify the client’s business requirements, building strong relationships.
- You have strong analytical skills combined with good communication and training skills.
- You can work independently, define targets and prioritize tasks in a complex and demanding environment.
- You can plan and execute a project to deliver a superior client experience. In addition, you can gain an in-depth knowledge of the client’s business and stay up-to-date on industry activities, marketplace trends, innovation efforts and leading practices.
- You are a team player who is committed, proactive, enthusiastic, flexible and eager to learn.
- You are willing to travel on a regular basis.
