Description du poste :
Le rôle consiste à garantir que les nouveaux systèmes sont développés selon les meilleures pratiques, tout en fournissant une expertise en qualité pour aider les clients à créer des solutions fiables et efficaces.
Qualifications requises
Sigma recherche des candidats qui possèdent :
- Plus de **6 ans d’expérience** en test logiciel, automatisation des tests, assurance qualité ou développement de stratégies de test.
- Une familiarité ou un intérêt marqué pour des outils et frameworks comme **Selenium**, **Cypress** ou **Robot Framework**.
- Une attitude *humble et curieuse*, avec un esprit d’équipe qui favorise un environnement de travail positif.
- Une passion pour la qualité, en rédigeant des cas de test efficaces et en assurant un fonctionnement sans faille des systèmes.
- La capacité à fournir un retour constructif pour améliorer les processus organisationnels.
- Une compétence linguistique : *courant en suédois et en anglais*.
Compétences et expériences supplémentaires souhaitées
- Expérience ou connaissances en **Cloud Services**.
- Compétence en **DevOps**, notamment avec GitHub et GitHub Actions.
- Connaissance en **Accessibilité des Tests**.

- Have several years of professional experience in one or several of the following areas: software testing, test automation, quality assurance, or test strategy development.
- Are comfortable working with tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Robot Framework, or have a strong interest in learning them.
- Are humble, curious, knowledge-sharing, and a team player who spreads good energy in the office.
- Are passionate about delivering quality, writing efficient test cases, and ensuring systems perform seamlessly.
- Come with constructive feedback to further improve the organization.
- Language: Fluent in Swedish and English
- +6 years experience
