Responsabilités clés
1. **Installation, entretien et récupération** de matériel de centre de données et de réseau.
2. **Diagnostic** des installations et configurations réseau.
3. **Respect des accords de niveau de service (SLA)** avec les clients.
4. **Déplacements fréquents** (jusqu’à 60 % du temps) entre les sites AWS, tant au niveau national qu’international.
5. **Coordination** du soutien à distance.
6. **Participation active** à des projets de petite à moyenne taille pour l’expansion ou la construction de nouveaux sites.
7. **Connecter et dépanner** les connexions d’alimentation des racks et autres ressources.
8. **Production de rapports** sur les métriques et l’état des projets destinés à la direction.
9. **Disponibilité en astreinte** requise.

Qualifications requises
