You’ll provide technical guidance, support, and training to both customers and team members, leveraging your expertise to coach staff and enhance their skills. With a focus on vehicle inspection processes, you’ll oversee certifications, use your leadership to drive high-quality outcomes, and advocate for road safety. This is a hands-on role where your ability to lead, collaborate, and maintain technical standards will directly contribute to the success of our team and the satisfaction of our customers.What you’ll bring:
- Ideally, NZTA COFB and Heavy Entry authorities (or the ability to obtain them).
