Ce poste au sein de la division Inbound Supply Management de Novo Nordisk implique la gestion et l’exécution de projets stratégiques visant à optimiser la chaîne d’approvisionnement. Le futur salarié sera responsable d’un portefeuille de projets, avec un accent particulier sur la transformation et l’innovation.
Responsabilités Clés
- Gestion de Projets : Piloter des projets de transformation stratégique, de leur conception à leur déroule.
- Planification : Établir et superviser des calendriers de projets détaillés.
- Coordination Inter-équipes : Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires pour définir l’étendue, les livrables et les délais des projets.
- Encadrement : Guider et motiver les équipes à travers toutes les phases de projet.
- Communication : Interaction régulière avec les parties prenantes pour assurer une coordination fluide et une adaptation aux besoins changeants des projets.
Qualifications Requises
Les candidats idéaux doivent posséder :
- Formation : Un diplôme de niveau licence en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, en économie ou en ingénierie.
- Expérience : Une expérience démontrable en gestion de projets complexes dans un environnement de chaîne d’approvisionnement, idéalement dans l’industrie pharmaceutique.
- Compétences en Gestion : Un parcours réussi dans la conduite simultanée de plusieurs projets dans un contexte dynamique.
- Compétences Relationnelles : Excellentes aptitudes à collaborer et à engager les parties prenantes pour influencer les décisions stratégiques.
- Langue : Maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral.

- Compétences Communicationnelles : Capacité à établir la confiance et à collaborer efficacement.
- Esprit Analytique : Aptitude à résoudre des problèmes et à gérer de manière structurée.

QualificationsTo be considered for this position, we imagine you:
- Hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, economics, engineering, or another relevant field
- Demonstrate relevant experience of proven project management experience driving complex cross-functional supply chain projects, ideally from the pharma industry
- Display a successful track record of effectively managing multiple projects and workstreams in a dynamic setting
- Possess excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, building trust, establishing broad professional networks, and influencing strategic decisions
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
As a person, you possess strong communication and cooperation skills, you are structured with highly analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills, you are motivated and work well under pressure. You respect the opinion of others yet can drive a decision through the team. Your time-management skills are excellent, and you can decisively prioritize, triage, and make real-time decisions as well as following up and following through. Finally, you think strategically and anticipate changes that could affect projects.About the departmentInbound Supply Management is part of Sourcing Operations (SoOp), which has the overall operational responsibility for the inbound supply chain of Novo Nordisk and consists of 110 employees.
