Fonction Principale
Le poste de Superviseur, Sourcing, vise à fournir un leadership et des orientations générales aux employés de NEX, notamment dans la gestion des activités de service de devis. L’objectif principal est de promouvoir un service de première classe, favorisant ainsi les résultats financiers et opérationnels de l’entreprise.
Responsabilités Principales
- Établir des standards de travail : Promouvoir une expérience client élevée qui distingue Grainger de ses concurrents.
- Coaching d’équipe : Aider les membres de l’équipe à adopter des méthodes de travail standardisées, à utiliser les outils adéquats et à améliorer leur productivité.
- Engagement des employés : Créer un environnement où les employés se sentent valorisés et engagés dans le succès de l’organisation.
- Suivi de la performance : Évaluer et améliorer les performances individuelles des employés en établissant des attentes claires et en fournissant des formations.
- Relations internes : Construire des relations solides avec les partenaires internes pour s’assurer que les processus répondent aux besoins des clients et de l’entreprise.
- Gestion des opérations : Gérer le soutien opérationnel quotidien des devis standard, y compris la gestion des devis en cours, des approbations et des annulations.
- Collaboration : Travailler avec des partenaires pour atteindre des objectifs de devis précis et rapides.
- Changements de processus : Informer l’équipe sur les changements de processus de sourcing en maintenant une communication cohérente.
- Gestion du changement : Appliquer des principes de gestion du changement pour améliorer le succès opérationnel.
Exigences Éducatives et Expériences
- Niveau d’études : Diplôme de Bachelor requis.
- Expérience : 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en supervision souhaitée.
- Compétences : Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite, capacités interpersonnelles, capacités de résolution de problèmes et de décision.
- Capacités : Efficacité à gérer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement dynamique.

Promote first class service that enables revenue, profitability, expense, and operating earnings targets to be achieved. You will report to the Sourcing Operations Manager.MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITYBuild to Standard Work to promote a high level of customer experience that differentiates Grainger from its competitors.Coach Team Members to compete with urgency through Standard Work adoption, tool use, productivity, and quality to promote the best customer experience.Promote employee engagement to create and promote an environment where employees are empowered and committed to the success of the organization.Monitor and enhance employees’ individual performance through clearly defined expectations and training to achieve organizational goals regarding productivity, work quality and overall customer experience. Use the monthly 1:1 meeting to convey individual Team Member scorecards on performance.Build relationships with internal partners and colleagues to ensure processes are while addressing the needs of the customer and the company.Manage Daily Operational support of Standard Quote processing including: Aging quotes in process, Quotes that have not been started yet, Quote Approvals and Cancelations where applicable, Large Dollar PO releases and situational Team Members questions.Work with Partners towards Sourcing Goals of Timely, Accurate quotes. Join DSM calls to foster Sourcing partnerships to bring awareness to Sourcing capabilities and processes.Deploy to Team Members in huddles/meetings any Sourcing process changes and programs per Sourcing Deployment process; while driving communications that are consistent across leadership and help Team Members understand the why.Embrace change management principles to improve success into work. Embrace curiosity to ensure foundational understanding of the process is embedded in daily work. Be a good overseer of the business to help and support others in the work through Grainger Edge.Drive employee initiative to create and promote an environment where employees are involved, empowered and committed to the success of the organization.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEBachelor’s Degree requiredEmpower and engage employees to identify process improvements and exceed customer expectationsEmpowered to influence decisions affecting every aspect of Sourcing P&L.
