If you have a strong IT background, enjoy working with diverse teams, and thrive in dynamic environments, this opportunity is for you!Requirements:
- Diploma or higher academic qualifications in an IT-related field
- Three or more years of relevant work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Chinese and English word processing
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for Centers including but not limited to outreach activities, ensuring seamless technical operations during events and community engagements
- Serve Centers in fulfilling their IT and application-related needs, resolving issues, and maintaining systems to improve efficiency
- Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and applications, to support outreach efforts and internal functions
- Five-day work schedule with rotating shifts and days off from Monday to Saturday
- Work on Sundays and public holidays as required by service needs
