En tant que Systems Accountant, vous jouerez un rôle crucial au sein de l’équipe financière du groupe, directement sous la supervision du Group Financial Controller. Ce poste exige une expertise technique. Vous serez en charge de :
- Gérer l’environnement de contrôle et la sécurité des systèmes financiers, principalement NetSuite.
- Assurer l’intégration et le développement des outils financiers en collaboration avec l’équipe IT.
- Fournir une assistance pour l’analyse des données et la génération de rapports financiers.
Responsabilités Principales
Gestion des Systèmes
- Administration de NetSuite : contrôle, sécurité, rôles, et permissions.
- Liaison entre les équipes Finance et IT pour les audits de contrôle.
- Gestion des intégrations tierces (ex. : Solution 7, ExpenseIn) et des personnalisations de NetSuite.
Soutien Financier et à la Donnée
- Réalisation d’analyses de données ad hoc : extraction, modélisation, réconciliations.
- Génération de rapports financiers pour appuyer la gestion des coûts.
Développement d’Autres Systèmes
- Utilisation d’Excel et VBA pour des processus comptables et des rapports mensuels de TVA.
- Exploitation de Python et R pour améliorer les processus financiers clés.
Vous devrez également être proactif en matière de résolution de problèmes, anticipant et atténuant les risques ou faiblesses de contrôle.
Profil Recherché
Funding Circle recherche des candidats disposant des compétences suivantes :
- Expérience avec les systèmes ERP.
- Solide connaissance de SQL et des bases de données relationnelles.
- Compétences avancées en Excel, incluant VBA et Power Query.
- Connaissances en Python et/ou JavaScript.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et à la résolution de problèmes.
Bien que l’administration de NetSuite et la connaissance des intégrations API soient souhaitables, elles ne sont pas essentielles. Une qualification comptable (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) serait un atout supplémentaire.
