À propos du poste
Dans le cadre de son développement, Thales recherche un **Systems Engineer** enthousiaste et motivé pour rejoindre son équipe dédiée au suivi radar. Ce rôle est crucial dans la chaîne de traitement des radars, et implique le développement et l’évaluation d’algorithmes de suivi.
Responsabilités
Les activités principales incluent :
- Prototypage et analyse des algorithmes de suivi et de classification.
- Modélisation des capteurs, des objets et des environnements.
- Validation et analyse des performances des produits de suivi et des nouveaux algorithmes.
- Gestion des exigences et discussions avec les parties prenantes.
Compétences et qualifications requises
Les candidats idéaux doivent posséder :
- Un diplôme de master en Mathématiques, Physique, Ingénierie Électrique ou domaine similaire.
- Une affinité pour le développement d’algorithmes, les statistiques ou l’ingénierie des systèmes basée sur des modèles (MBSE).
- Des compétences en Matlab, Python et C.
- Un esprit d’équipe et d’excellentes compétences en communication.
- La capacité à collaborer avec d’autres équipes, y compris les ingénieurs logiciels et de test.
- La maîtrise orale et écrite du néerlandais et de l’anglais.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Systems EngineerThe tracking team consists of Systems Engineers that develop, maintain and evaluate the tracking building block on functional level. The tracking building block is generally the last part of the radar processing chain, and every search radar that leaves the Thales factory is armed with this building blockAbout your future jobTracking or dynamic state estimation is an important element of sensor processing and can be described as ‘the processing of sensor measurements obtained from objects in order to estimate the states of these objects. The team focusses on the development and implementation of generic algorithms that can support a variety of systems.Activities include among others:
- prototyping and analysis of tracking, classification and prediction algorithms;
- modelling of sensors, objects and their environments;
- validation and performance analysis of the tracking product and new algorithms;
- requirement engineering and stakeholder discussions.
Keywords for this job description include:
- dynamic state estimation;
- Bayesian processing;
- Stochastics;
- model based system engineering (MBSE).
