Responsabilités Principales
Le candidat retenu aura pour principales responsabilités :
- Vente de produits d’assurance : Se concentrer sur la vente et la consultation des produits d’assurance pour les clients dans les agences.
- Services administratifs : Gérer les travaux administratifs liés à l’assurance et fournir un service après-vente.
- Développement de la clientèle : Maintenir les activités liées à l’assurance et explorer de nouveaux clients.

Critères de Sélection
Pour être éligible, le candidat doit répondre aux critères suivants :
- Compétences communicationnelles : Excellente capacité d’expression et aptitude à la coordination.
- Esprit de service : Orientation client et volonté de relever des défis.
- Licences requises : Au moins trois licences d’assurance, y compris pour les produits d’assurance vie, d’investissement et non-investissement.
- Expérience : Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience dans la vente d’assurance ou en tant que conseiller financier.
- Connaissance des produits : Familiarité avec les produits d’assurance et d’investissement.

- 銷售保險商品 Focus on selling insurance products.
- 以分行客戶為主提供保險商品相關諮詢服務Focus on insurance product selling and advisory for the customers in branches.

Selection Criteria
- 具良好溝通協調能力且表達能力佳Good communication ability with excellent expression ability.
- 具服務精神且樂於接受挑戰Service oriented and willing to take challenges.
- 必備人身保險業務員, 投資型保險商品業務員, 外幣收付之非投資型人身保險資格證照 Must have 3 insurance licenses, including life, investment and non-investment foreign.
- 具保險銷售經驗3年或理財專員經驗3年以上 3 years of insurance Sales or RM experience.
- 熟悉保障型及投資型商品 Familiar with insurance and Investment insurance products

- 金融常識與道德Basic Test on Financial Markets and Professional Ethics
- 人身保險業務員Personal insurance representative
- 投資型保險業務員Investment-orientated insurance product representative
