Responsabilités
- Assister le Branch Operation & Service Manager dans l’atteinte et le dépassement des objectifs commerciaux.
- Contrôler et administrer les opérations quotidiennes pour les clients Priority Banking.
- Veiller à l’application rigoureuse des règles et procédures au sein de la succursale.
- Collaborer pour offrir un service client de haute qualité tout en identifiant des opportunités de vente.
- Effectuer des tâches telles que l’accueil des clients et l’ouverture de comptes.
- Faciliter les demandes de services tout en maintenant un suivi des données nécessaires.
- Établir des rapports précis et les soumettre dans les délais impartis.
- Appliquer les procédures de lutte contre le blanchiment d’argent et signaler toute activité suspecte.
Exigences et Qualifications
Les candidats doivent posséder les qualifications suivantes :
- Expérience de six mois en tant qu’employé officiel de la banque et réussite d’un examen spécifique avec un score minimum.
- Une expérience de trois mois dans les transactions de change est un atout.
- Possession d’une certification en affaires fiduciaires, enregistrée auprès des autorités compétentes.
- Excellente maîtrise du mandarin, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.

- To support Branch Operation & Service Manager to deliver high quality service to our customers and identify sales opportunities to maximize new business acquisition
Processes
- Greeter Duty
- To conduct a/c opening and facilitate service request with required licence*.
- To conduct sales document checking/ follow up where required.
- To facilitate sales and service process by up-keeping all necessary data tracking and system input. 例如: 協助客戶CASA開戶資料準備, 基金開戶, 錦華客戶資料更新 ,投資下單(基金, ETF, SN, SB, ELN, PCI etc.),執行CIP。
- Referrals : To conduct sales activities via tag-on, cross-selling through customer enquires screening and compiling potential prospecting list.
- Collate data/information related to branch reporting.- Accurate & Timely Submission
- Reporting of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Returns where applicable
- Reporting of any other Ad hoc information required from time to time
- Review of all Daily/Monthly Reports via Report-to-Web (except GL Reports to be reviewed by BOSM)
- To scrutinize reports/schedules for unusual entries which may require further investigations / Escalations if required
- To raise any Suspicious Transaction Report (STR) if necessary
- Transaction (Financial) Approval : Granting transaction approval and overrides for all CER/ Senior CER within delegation limit
- Assist in answering phones, general enquiries and investigations.
- SR & Document (Paper) Checking & Approval, and Cash Operations in absence of BOSM
- To bring to the attention of the Branch Operation & Service Manager any problems encountered together with any recommended solutions.
- To comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and, in particular, report any suspicious activity to the Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager.

- To comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and, in particular, report any suspicious activity to the Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager.
