Responsabilités du Poste

Le titulaire du poste sera en charge de la gestion des achats, des prévisions, du contrôle des stocks et de la gestion des retraits. Ses missions incluront :

• Support à la planification des volumes pour le réseau Coupang Taïwan et analyse des statistiques de la chaîne d’approvisionnement pour satisfaire les prévisions.
• Planification et coordination des événements promotionnels majeurs en tant que point de contact pour la planification et l’exécution sur le marché local.
• Collaboration avec les équipes en amont pour évaluer les apports de capacité et consolider les workflows, assurant ainsi une source unique de vérité.
• Analyse des données via le développement de requêtes et de tableaux de bord pour faciliter la prise de décision.
• Partage de la situation opérationnelle du réseau avec les équipes inter-fonctionnelles.
• Optimisation des opérations d’entreposage en équilibrant la sécurité, la gestion des coûts et la croissance des activités.
• Travail d’équipe inter-fonctionnel avec les départements Qualité, Technique, Fulfillment, Juridique et Opérations Globales.

Qualifications Requises

Qualifications de base :

• 5 à 10 ans d’expérience pertinente dans les domaines de la prévision de la demande, de l’approvisionnement, de la gestion des stocks et/ou de la chaîne d’approvisionnement.
• Diplôme universitaire en affaires ou dans des domaines connexes à la chaîne d’approvisionnement.
• Capacité démontrée à collaborer pour obtenir des résultats commerciaux.
• Compétences supérieures en communication orale et écrite, avec une attention particulière aux détails.
• Passion pour l’évolution professionnelle et pour relever des défis.
• Compétences élevées dans l’analyse de données, maîtrise d’Excel requise, et compétence en SQL et autres outils techniques préférée.

Qualifications Préférées :

• Antécédents dans le e-commerce, FMCG, ou l’importation d’électronique grand public.
• Expérience en transformation numérique ou en automatisation des processus dans la documentation d’importation ou la conformité.

He/She will work in conjunction with retail, instock, FC counterparts to identify demands, SKUs priorities and operational FC capacities. The ideal candidate will drive the planning, monitoring, and measuring by established SOP.What You Will Do

• Support volume planning for Coupang Taiwan Network; drive the S&OP by analyzing the supply chain statistics to meet the forecasts
• Responsible for planning and co-ordination for major promo events: act as the point of contact for local market planning and execution
• Partner with upstream teams to decide on capacity inputs, publish plans timely across teams, and consolidate workflows to establish a single source of truth
• Provide data analysis support by developing queries and dashboards to facilitate business decisions among the team
• Work with cross-functional teams to share the entire network business status in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other departments to close operational gaps
• Balance safety, cost management and business growth to optimize warehousing operations
• Cross-functional teamwork with Quality, Tech, Fulfillment, Legal, and Global Operations

Basic Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in the areas of Demand Forecasting, Ordering, Procurement, Inventory Management and/or Supply Chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain-related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to partner to deliver business results.
• Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail, and ability to influence without authority.
• Passion to grow and take on increasing responsibility and challenges.
• Ability to set high standards and drive others to excellence.
• Dual Language capability in English and Chinese is preferred.
• Ability to effectively use data to complete analyses. Strong Excel proficiency required, SQL and other technical skills are a strong preference.
• Ability to set lofty goals with a relentless drive and ownership to constantly challenge what is possible.
• Experience collaborating with Sales and Operations stakeholders; in e-Commerce and/or Retail industry preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in e-commerce, FMCG, or consumer electronics import
• Experience with digital transformation or process automation in import documentation or compliance
