Aperçu du Poste
Dans ce rôle clé, vos responsabilités incluront :
- Collaborer avec les responsables de recrutement et l’équipe de sourcing exécutif pour mettre en œuvre des stratégies permettant d’identifier les talents de haut niveau.
- Développer une compréhension approfondie du marché de l’e-commerce notamment en ce qui concerne Taïwan et la région APAC.
- Établir des relations solides avec l’équipe de sourcing exécutif et d’autres parties prenantes au sein de l’entreprise.
- Apporter un soutien consultatif aux démarcheurs et développer des pipelines de talents stratégiques.
- Suivre l’avancement des projets, en analysant et en communiquant les risques et problèmes, et en ajustant les projets si nécessaire.
- Optimiser le processus de recrutement au sein de l’entreprise pour identifier les candidats adéquats dans des délais raisonnables.
- Évaluer les candidats avec discernement et maintenir des relations positives tout au long du processus de recrutement.
Profil Recherché
Pour être considéré pour ce poste, vous devez :
- Avoir au minimum 8 ans d’expérience dans le recrutement ou un domaine connexe, dont 4 ans spécifiquement en recrutement exécutif, idéalement dans un environnement orienté résultats.
- Être centré sur les clients et comprendre leurs besoins et attentes.
- Posséder d’excellentes compétences en communication et être un joueur d’équipe avéré. La capacité à convaincre des candidats internationaux de haut niveau est essentielle. Une maîtrise de l’anglais et du mandarin est requise.
- Avoir une grande capacité d’analyse et un bon jugement dans l’identification des talents.
- Être autonome et hautement motivé dans un environnement dynamique et rapide.

This includes identifying and approaching leadership candidates, developing innovative sourcing strategies with team members, and cultivating talent pools of high-potential candidates.What You Will Do
- Partner with hiring managers and executive sourcing team to develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
- Develop a robust understanding of the e-commerce and tech industry, with a specific focus on the Taiwan market and APAC region.
- Develop solid relationships internally with executive sourcing team and other senior business stakeholders.
- Partner with assigned executive sourcers to provide a consultative approach to sourcing and talent pipeline development.
- Track milestones and timelines across projects, analyzing and communicating project risks and issues as necessary, making adjustments to project plans and timelines to ensure successful project.
- Streamline the recruitment process with hiring managers to ensure that the right candidate can be identified within a suitable time frame.
- Possess the « eye » to assess talents and maintain positive relationships with them throughout the recruitment process
About You
- You must have a minimum of 8 years of recruitment or business-related experience, with a minimum of 4 years of executive recruitment experience, gained within a results-oriented setting.
- You must be customer-oriented and focused on understanding customer needs and expectations.
- You must be a proven team player with excellent communication skills. You will be required to sell the Coupang proposition to executive-level candidates internationally. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
- You must be highly analytical with a good sense of judgment for identifying potential talents.
- You must be highly motivated, able to work independently in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
