It must also manage the needs based on the requirements of the area.A day in the life of…The SR Recruitment Analyst can manage the recruitment processes and developing selection strategies based on the agreements linked to the LATAM markets. It can manage the organization and work processes in time.NBS Latam is a dynamic and challenging place to work at. As an Recruitment SR Analyst, you will be responsible for support the E2E Recruitment process flow, based on Policies and Procedures. Additionally, guarantee analysis of KPIs looking forward to solving any issues and identifying opportunities for improvement.What will make you successful
- Previous experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition;
- Previous experience managing recruitments for areas of Marketing, social media, digital, technology and similar areas;
- Expertise to deal with managers and executives;
- Intermediary/Advanced Portuguese;
- English will be a differential;
- Good communication, organization, proactivity;
- Experience in managing work teams;
- Knowledge of search engines such as LinkedIn (Recruiter)
- Having worked with Employer Brand will be a differential
- Intermediate Excel
- Stakeholder Management.
