Responsabilités Clés
- Assistance dans la publication des offres d’emploi sur divers sites de carrières et plateformes médiatiques.
- Support dans le sourcing et la présélection de candidats pour des postes vacants.
- Gestion de la planification d’entretiens complexe à travers différents départements.
- Promotion de la sensibilisation au processus de recrutement et accompagnement des candidats.
- Collaboration avec les équipes de recrutement pour partager les meilleures pratiques et garantir une expérience positive aux candidats.
- Gestion des vérifications de référence et des processus administratifs liés aux recrutements.
- Identification d’opportunités pour optimiser l’efficacité des processus de recrutement.
- Préparation de rapports liés à l’acquisition des talents.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support and coordinate recruiting activities for the APAC Talent Acquisition Team.You will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and Candidates regionally, delivering exceptional hiring candidate experience in Thomson Reuters. Willingness to learn and quick to adapt is key to success in this role.About the Role:As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will:Assist with job postings in various careers site, job boards and mediaAssist with sourcing and screening to assess candidates for open positionsManage complex interview scheduling across various departments and functionsContribute to hiring process awareness and guiding candidates throughout the recruitment processPartner with hiring teams to ensure sharing of best practices and providing positive candidate experienceManage end to end background checks of incoming hires, recruitment-related vendor addition/deletion and invoices related to recruitmentIdentify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiencyGenerate and prepare recruitment-related reports related to talent acquisitionProvide any other administrative support to the TA TeamAbout You:As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you should ideally possess the following:Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with deadlines simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and accuracyExperience with Microsoft Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint) is requiredFamiliar with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
