Founded in 2005 in Finland, Multitude is proudly listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FRU).We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support and strengthen our hiring efforts. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for IT and operational roles, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring while delivering an excellent candidate experience. You’ll also contribute to employer branding initiatives and help expand our presence across sourcing channels and talent communities.Your focus:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job brief to contract signing.
- Source and attract candidates using diverse platforms including social media, job boards, and internal tools.
- Ensure timely hiring while maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and improve sourcing and interview processes.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Promote Multitude’s employer brand through participation in job fairs and recruitment events.
- Collaborate with HR on recruitment analytics and reporting.
- Help implement recruitment initiatives to optimize performance and employer visibility.
Required skills & Qualifications:Must-Have:
- College degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 year in end-to-end recruitment for IT or BPO/Tech roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with candidates and hiring teams.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High level of organization and adaptability; eager to learn and grow.
