Description du poste : HELBUS Helsinki School of Business seeks an experienced instructor to deliver the following MBA module, to be taught in September 2025-January 2026: “People Development and Leadership”(HRMM093). The position is part-time and fixed term and may be renewed.The module is part of the University of Northampton MBA programme, delivered through a Transnational Education Arrangement by HELBUS in Helsinki. The instructor is expected to prepare, teach and assess the module, in close collaboration with the UoN module leader and HELBUS programme leader. The module’s content, description, learning outcomes, assessment criteria and schedule are determined by UoN. Find out more about the workload, assessments, and course description of the module in this document.We require the following:Teaching experience directly related to the module content at the required level (postgraduate Master’s), especiallystrategic people developmentglobal organisational strategy, design and developmentleading people to optimise performanceEDI&RMaster’s or preferably Ph.D. in business or related fieldExcellent English skillsAdditionally, we greatly value the following:A formal teaching qualificationPractice experience in the relevant area (global HRM)Sound experience in planning, delivering and assessing courses and providing feedback to studentsA teaching approach especially suited for mature students of middle or senior management level (such as the Harvard case methodology)Proactive approach to supporting students and interactive teaching methodsExperience in the UK higher education sectorStructured approach with attention to detailTo apply, please submit your application through our online vacancy system.
