Contrat : Temps plein
Rémunération : À partir de 1 600 € par mois (en fonction de l’expérience et des compétences du candidat) + primes et avantages divers en accord avec le programme de bénéfices sociaux de l’entreprise.

En tant qu’analyste vocal Teams, vous serez chargé de soutenir la planification, la conception, la configuration, la maintenance et la résolution de problèmes d’une solution de communication intégrée au niveau d’une organisation d’entreprise. Cela implique une solide compréhension de l’architecture technique et des conceptions liées aux solutions de communication.

Responsabilités Clés

Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes de voix sous Teams : Interagir avec les clients pour comprendre leurs préoccupations et les tenir informés de l’état de leurs tickets.
Utilisation d’outils de dépannage : S’appuyer sur des outils comme les journaux d’événements et les traces de performance pour résoudre les problèmes.
Création de contenu technique : Élaborer des articles techniques ou des bases de connaissances pour une meilleure compréhension des clients.
Support des équipes d’incidents : Collaborer avec les équipes pour résoudre les problèmes de configuration ou d’autres manquements de service.
Travail en coopération : Collaborer sur des problèmes techniques complexes en team interdisciplinaire.

Exigences du Poste

Qualifications Préférées :

Certifications Microsoft Technologies telles que MS-740, MS-700 et MS-721.
Connaissance des technologies de mise en réseau et des VoIP.

Expériences Requises :

1 an d’expérience en support technique voix/VOIP.
Connaissances des technologies Office 365, notamment Skype for Business et Microsoft Teams.
Expérience avec Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS, SQL Server et Exchange Server.

Conditions de Travail

Ce poste offre la possibilité de travailler entièrement à distance, bien que la présence dans les bureaux puisse être requise lors d’événements organisés par l’entreprise.

You should be able to understand technical architecture and designs for communication solutions.You will be familiar with telecommunication technologies and have experience in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and PowerShell. You must be able to support the deployment and configuration of Microsoft Teams Phone with PSTN connectivity through Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and Teams Calling Plans as well as configure Teams-certified devices, audio/video conferencing, and voice migration.Key responsibilitiesAct on Teams Voice issues and contacts customers to understand issue. Ensures customers stay informed as to the status/solution of their issue.
