This role is perfect for someone with a solid technical background who is eager to help streamline our systems, manage technical tools, and support our internal teams with their technology needs.This is a full-time remote position open to candidates based anywhere in Ukraine.This job is for you if you are:

• A self-motivated individual with strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves solving technical issues independently.
• A team player who is excited to collaborate across departments to improve workflows and systems.
• An individual who is always looking for ways to improve and automate processes to make the team more efficient.

Responsibilities:

• Handle technical support requests across various platforms, including HubSpot, Aircall, Front, Stripe, and more.
• Administer and configure tools like HubSpot, Twilio, and Stripe—setting up automations, managing reports, and ensuring smooth functionality.
• Develop and improve processes through automation using tools like Zapier and Google Apps Script.
• Manage and maintain system configurations to ensure that all technical requirements are met.
• Support the team with technical troubleshooting and offer proactive solutions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical needs and implement effective solutions.
• Assist with the selection and configuration of equipment and tools that support company processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical support, systems administration, or similar role.
• Strong learning agility and the ability to quickly pick up new tools and technologies.
• Experience working with HubSpot, Twilio, Aircall, Front, Stripe, or similar platforms.
• Experience with process automation tools like Zapier or Google Apps Script is a plus.
