Description du Poste
La mission principale du Technical CS Officer consiste à gérer l’ensemble du processus de qualification et de maintien de la compétence des auditeurs dans le cadre de certifications variées. Ses responsabilités comprennent :
- La gestion et le suivi des documents de qualification et des formations des auditeurs.
- La mise à jour des documents et des bases de données des auditeurs sur le système Siebel.
- La planification et l’organisation d’audits de témoignage.
- Le soutien à l’équipe de direction dans l’examen des rapports et la gestion des questions légales.
Ce poste requiert une collaboration étroite avec d’autres équipes pour garantir que toutes les conformités aux normes nationales et internationales soient respectées.
Qualifications et Compétences Requises
Pour postuler au poste de Technical CS Officer, les candidats doivent posséder :
- Un diplôme de niveau licence.
- Une excellente maîtrise de l’anglais, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
- Un minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en analyse financière dans des entreprises de grande taille.
- Une bonne maîtrise d’Excel, y compris la gestion de tableaux complexes.

- Manage & monitor full process to qualification & maintain competence for all auditors, such as keeping qualify document, training oversea, training record, witness plan, training plan
- Update document for the auditors
- Elaboration of Plan of witness audits for auditors
- Update and control auditors’ database on Siebel
- Manage the process for training internal and external to maintain competence for auditor or initial qualification (full process from register -visa apply, hotel & ticket booking – payment – save certificate to qualification)
- Monitor and maintain auditor competence for all schemes: Planning witness monitoring to maintain competence for all auditor in BVC base on the rule for each standard
- Assist LTM in reviewing reports in compliance to CER-MS and procedures, Accreditation bodies ‘requirements
- Assist to LTM in legal matters and documentation
- Assist to arrange logistics and preparation for internal and external audit
- Ensure CER staffs competence file is updated and match with requirements
- Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Good English communication in both writing and speaking
- At least 2 years experience in financial analysis in large-sized companies
- Good command in Excel, be able to deal with complicated work sheets
Technical and professional skills
- Understanding the policy and requirements of Bureau Veritas Certification
- Understanding the Bureau Veritas Certification Management System and Accreditation requirements
- Understanding the Know-How License Agreement
