Description du poste : Job Description:Implement the standards set in Boecker® Operations Manual. Review clients’ feedback and accordingly suggest improvements for reports and forms to TechnicalEngineering Manager. Visit clients with technical problems and suggest technical recommendations to assigned technicians. Provide technical training and needed field support for technicians. Identify insects collected from treated premises and prepare technical reports accordingly. Verify the treatments on daily basis and take appropriate action when necessary. Prepare and update maps of installed pest control devices. Handle courtesy calls for audited clients and the ones with technical problems. Prepare a quarterly report of call back analysis and suggest corrective actions to the TechnicalEngineering Manager. Check the Personal Protective Equipment of field staff take action where needed. Prepare Trend reports, Integrated Pest Management (IPM) reports and other technical reports. Examine the submitted Service Reports. Review submitted treatment reports and take action when deemed necessary. Issue Pest Management Professionals Certificates to be signed by concerned stakeholders and keepan archive of the same.Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Entomology or equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in pest management or related field. Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must.
