Description du poste : TVB, the leading TV station in Hong Kong and the world’s number one distributor of Chinese Programme, marks the successful transformation of TVB from a traditional television station to a company amalgamating three different platforms – broadcast TV, online TV and social media.– Prepare tender design sketches and detailed drawings for all E&M facilities, building renovation and fitting-out projects– Update all existing record drawings and manage drawing files for the Building Services Department in servers and office system– Maintain internal records of all maintenance contracts and administrative documents– Supervise contractors in the execution of E&M maintenance works– Complete routine and ad hoc tasks as assigned by superiors– Diploma in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification– A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience– Basic knowledge of E&M facilities and fitting-out works– Possession of a valid certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (REW, Grade: A/R) is advantageous but not a must– Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Excel, Word and preferably AutoCAD– Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Technical Officer– Five-day work week with eligibility for overtime payPlease apply, quoting the appropriate reference number, with details of your qualifications and experience, expected salary and a contact telephone number to The Senior Manager, Personnel Department, Television Broadcasts Limited, TVB City, 77 Chun Choi Street, Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate, Tseung Kwan O, Kowloon or email to us via Recruitment Centre.Applications received are solely for selection purpose.
