Description du poste : David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a French speaking Technical Partner Engineer for their Barcelona office.Position: Technical Partner EngineerLocation: Barcelona, SpainEmployment type: Full-timeRemuneration: Base salary + bonuses.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide technical support to collaborators, assisting with problem resolution and ensuring smooth integration and transition processes.
  • Advise on integration strategies, architecture, platforms, and infrastructure requirements for successful project implementation.
  • Manage the technical relationship with collaborators, supporting them in executing pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact, applying expertise to offer solutions and resolve technical challenges.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships, working to propose optimal solutions.
  • Collaborate with partners during transition phases, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources for successful execution.
  • Guide partners towards successful project outcomes, facilitating the shift from technical to commercial proposals and securing agreements.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/fluent in French, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • 2-4 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role in a cloud-based environment, or equivalent experience in a customer or partner-facing position.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing concepts such as data management, platform services, and infrastructure services (preferred).
  • Experience with delivering technical presentations and communicating complex concepts.
  • Strong background in channel management and pre-sales activities (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Relevant industry certification in cloud technologies (such as GCP Cloud Digital Leader.
  • Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
  • Have experience with data management and understanding business challenges related to large-scale data.
  • Have hands-on experience with databases or data management platforms.
  • Understand networking concepts, such as routing, VPNs, load balancing, and security firewalls.
  • Have experience designing or developing scalable, distributed software or infrastructure solutions.
  • Demonstrate the ability to quickly adapt to new and emerging technologies in the cloud/IT space.
  • Hold additional certifications in cloud technologies
