It’s very likely that the hardware and software you use at home or at the office passed through our warehouses before reaching the market.Role Purpose:
Entry-level technical role within the Cybersecurity team, focused on supporting the design of security solutions and developing expertise in technologies from key vendors. This person will work closely with the sales team and partners on less complex projects, while building technical knowledge and certifications in cybersecurity.Key Responsibilities:Support the sales team in designing and configuring cybersecurity solutions (e.g., creating a Bill of Materials) that meet customer requirementsCollaborate with the Business Solution Centre (BSC) to support security-related sales activities and increase partner engagementOccasionally deliver post-sales implementation support and trainings for cybersecurity productsUse internal and vendor tools to generate accurate Bills of Materials in a timely mannerCommunicate cybersecurity product and solution information clearly to internal and external audiencesRespond to technical inquiries from colleagues, vendors, and partners regarding cybersecurity offeringsBuild and maintain technical contact with assigned cybersecurity vendorsWork toward certifications and develop technical expertise in cybersecurity solutionsRespond to support issues and follow up on internal technical requestsTake ownership of assigned Request Manager queuesPreferred Knowledge and Skills:Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions such as Sophos, Watchguard, Barracuda, or Thales is highly desirableStrong verbal and written communication skills – Portuguese and English are mandatory, Spanish is a plus.Detail-oriented, with good organizational and priority management skillsGeneral knowledge of the IT and cybersecurity industry (channel, vendors, competition, and end customers) is a plus but not requiredPrevious exposure to security technologies or certifications is a plus, but not mandatory#LI-SS5Key SkillsWhat’s In It For You?
