Description du Poste

Le poste de Technical Principal, MDM est essentiel pour la mise en œuvre des produits de gestion des données maîtresses (MDM) dans des environnements cloud. Le candidat idéal doit posséder une forte aptitude au travail en équipe, une créativité intellectuelle, et une passion pour le développement de solutions cloud innovantes. Les responsabilités incluent la planification, l’exécution et l’implémentation des nouvelles phases de Customer 360, ainsi que la gestion d’une équipe de développeurs MDM.

Responsabilités

Les principales responsabilités comprennent :

• Collaborer avec les propriétaires de produits et managers pour établir des objectifs de service pour les produits MDM.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les membres de l’équipe de développement pour résoudre les problèmes dans les environnements cloud.
• Architecturer et mettre en œuvre de nouvelles phases pour les produits Customer 360.
• Développer et concevoir l’implémentation des solutions MDM SaaS et Cloud Data Governance.
• Améliorer l’adoption et l’utilisation des produits pour répondre aux besoins des clients.
• Créer des pipelines de données dans des environnements Azure et intégrer des outils MDM.
• Assurer que les contrôles de cybersécurité sont satisfaits ou dépassés.
• Prendre une approche « code first » pour automatiser le déploiement de l’infrastructure cloud.

Qualifications Requises

Le candidat idéal doit présenter les qualifications suivantes :

• Baccalauréat en informatique ou domaine connexe, Master préférée.
• 7-10 ans d’expérience dans le secteur IT, dont au moins 5 ans en outils MDM.
• 3-5 ans d’expérience en technologies cloud, idéalement Microsoft Azure ou AWS.
• Expertise en Master Data Management et connaissance des technologies de bases de données.
• Connaissance des outils d’automatisation des pipelines comme Azure DevOps et Terraform.
• Capacité à effectuer des opérations administratives sur des systèmes Linux.
• Maîtrise des langages de programmation comme Java, C#, ou Python.

The person in this role is responsible for planning, executing and implementing new phases of Customer 360 using our MDM platform and other products within MDM for future. The person in this role must be a highly collaborative, creative and intellectually curious individual who is passionate about forming and implementing cutting-edge cloud computing capabilities. This person is also responsible for managing, coaching and developing a team of MDM developers.ell.Responsibilities:What makes you an ideal candidate?

• Collaborate with product owners and managers to establish service level objectives for MDM products and agreed consequences if the objectives are not being met.
• Collaborate with development team members to swarm, troubleshoot, and resolve problems that may exist in cloud-hosted environments.
• Plan, architect and implement new phases for the Customer 360 and other MDM products within GMF.
• Develop Informatica Customer 360, Business 360, Reference 360, Cloud Data Quality & Cloud Data. Integration implementation design and build for MDM SaaS, Cloud Data Governance related uses cases.
• Determine ways to improve current product usage and adoption to meet customer requirements.
• Work with Customers on solution brainstorming, solution design, and solution implementation for customers C360, B360, R360, Cloud Data Quality and Cloud Data Integration and Master Data requirements.
• Build data pipelines in Azure environments and integrate with MDM tools for ingress and egress jobs.
• Ensure that cybersecurity controls are met or exceeded.
• Willingness and ability to take a “code first” approach to fully automate the deployment and management of cloud infrastructure and environments using Terraform, Chef, Azure DevOps, Azure Policy and other tools.
• Knowledge and experience provisioning and managing Azure Managed Identities, Service Principal Names (SPNs) and Enterprise Applications in Azure.
• Help determine technical feasibility and solutions for business requirements.
• Able to lead training sessions, develop curriculum, and code labs for other internal teams under limited supervision
• Willingness to instruct and coach in a cross-team cloud training program as needed.
• Ability to facilitate group meetings/discussions.
• Ability to broker solutions for issues with a department and with team/external leaders.
• Be available for an on-call rotation to participate in troubleshooting and communication efforts outside of normal business hours.
• Create and implement standards and best practices, driving adoption across development teams and external vendors as applicable.

Qualifications:Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience required. Master’s Degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of progressive IT experience with a minimum of 5 yrs experience in MDM toolset, software development, test automation, system administration or infrastructure/operations.
• 3-5 years experience in cloud technologies with at least 2 yrs of project experience with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar technologies
• 3-5 years leading projects and initiatives through influence required
• Expertise with Master Data Management: Informatica MDM, IICS, C360, B360, R360, Cloud Data Quality and Cloud Data Integration
• Database Technologies (one or more of the following): Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, NoSQL (e.g. Cosmos DB, MongoDB)
• Pipeline Automation: Azure DevOps (YAML, ARM), Terraform, Jenkins, Chef, Octopus Deploy or other similar tools
• Source Code repos: User level and demonstrated knowledge of Git including cloning, branching and other regular commands.
• Experience with one or more of the following: Azure Eventhub, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service, Blob Storage, Azure DNS,
• Virtual Networks, Redis Cache and Azure App Service, Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Ability to navigate the Linux operating system and perform administrator operations
• High level programming languages: Java, C#, Python, Go, or similar
• Scripting: PowerShell, Bash
• Demonstrated knowledge of secrets management in the cloud using solutions such as Hashicorp Vault or Azure Key Vault.
• Advanced knowledge of cloud security frameworks and tooling such as Azure Policy or Azure Security Kit
