Description du poste : Company DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to manage the execution of different cross-functional projects by defining the strategy and understanding the business contexts, needs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent project management, proactiveness, team leadership and communication skills, as it involves being the point of contact for both internal stakeholders and clients, managing their expectations and hold the team accountable on dates and milestones.In addition, this role requires experience functioning as a Product Owner, working closely with clients to understand their long-term vision and translating that into a clear product roadmap and well-defined technical requirements. The position potentially involves working with US clients in PST or stakeholders in India.You may work 100% remotely if you are currently living in LATAM, or you can always join us at the office!Job DescriptionOverseeing the successful execution and delivery of project objectives across the Client engagement.Developing required project plans including detailed timelines, resource allocations, milestones, forecasts, and status reports.Interpret guidelines from Client and internal stakeholders and make decisions in nonstandard situations.Managing and communicating risks, decisions, assumptions, issues and dependenciesManaging the communications and expectations of both clients and internal stakeholders and keep them up to date with frequent status update reports and hold them accountable for the due datesProactively solving problems and initiating necessary collaboration (anticipate, identify and actively resolve issues).Overseeing the overall quality of project delivery, ongoing performance and ensuring client satisfaction is fully met.Proactively assisting with meeting coordination and facilitation for cross-functional teams as required for each project.Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.Collaborating, leading and coaching other project managers. * Acting as a Product Owner to gather and refine high-level client requirements and translate them into actionable, detailed User Stories with clear acceptance criteria.

• Partnering with stakeholders to build and maintain a prioritized product backlog that aligns with client goals and technical feasibility.

• Participating in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product roadmap discussions with cross-functional teams.

• Ensuring user stories are development-ready and support the successful and timely execution of deliverables.

Qualifications+10 Experience in project management with IT product-related deliverables collaborating with development and/or data teamsExperience managing large, diverse projects and parallel workstreams with external clientsExperience leading and coaching team membersExcellent verbal/written communication and negotiation skillsExcellent proactivity and self-starter skills are requiredProficiency in conveying complex ideas and technical information in a clear and concise mannerCapacity to adapt to changing project requirements and environmentsExperience with tools such as Jira/Confluence is a mustProven experience in Agile methodologies (e.g.: Scrum, Kanban, or other) are required.Knowledge of Waterfall methodologies. PMP certification is desiredExperience leading GenAI, ML or Data Engineering projects desiredUnderstanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and/or data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks desiredAdditional InformationOur perks and benefits:
