Technical support for industry and automotive businesses
Technical support for main projects in field
Preparation, presentation and promotion of technical materials
Solving daily technical questions and problems, on-Site visits to solve problems (together with sales reps),
Prepare and provide presentations per segments, products, applications
Provide technical training of sales team and customers
Responsible for contact with labs, oil sampling at customers, coordination of lubricants analyses and results
Represents company during technical seminars, events, fairs etc.
Close cooperation and coordination with HQ technical dpt.
Cooperation on catalogues, leaflets, technical presentation materials, help with technical translation
Revision, update and share technical data sheets of products, technical news and information
Regular updates on online tools
Registration, distribution and follow-up of technical product claims
Recommendation and orders of instruments, equipment for lubricants service
