Description du poste : The role is based in the Kyiv region, and we will expect you to be in the office 3-4 days per week. So, no full remote is possible. We have a shuttle service from the nearest metro station.We are looking for a technical support specialist with experience in the UAV field. Your main responsibilities will include deep technical problem analysis, incident investigation, bug research, close collaboration with the R&D team, and continuous improvement of support processes. This role is for someone already familiar with how drones work and, ideally, has experience developing drone-related solutions.What is your Day to Day Mission:Analyze complex technical incidents and identify root causesTest hypotheses, detect and document bugsReview telemetry, flight logs, and other technical dataCommunicate with the manufacturer and internal technical teams to resolve issuesPrepare reports, technical documentation, and recommendationsCollaborate closely with the first-line support team: share knowledge and support escalationsWhat you bring to the team:Experience working with drones (as a user, developer, or technical specialist)Understanding of UAV systems: navigation, communication, electronicsExperience in technical analysis, root cause investigation, and log analysisStrong logical thinking and a systematic approach to problem-solvingEnglish level — B2 or higher (for communication with the international team and documentation)Native UkrainianWhy Quantum-Systems:We Stand with Ukraine!We believe in the power of combined efforts: straightforward tech expertise paired with a customer-centric focus.We are industry pioneers who are ambitious, bold, and visionary.We push limits, think outside the box, and strive for technological excellence to shape the future of aerial data.We promise to be your runway for individual and professional growth.About us:Quantum Systems specializes in the development, design, and production of unmanned aerial systems (sUAS).
The Quantum Systems Vector reconnaissance drones have been in use in Ukraine since May 2022. So far, more than 500 systems have been delivered to the Ukranian Defense Forces
