- Build good image by providing efficient and professional technical training and support across the CEE region.
- Committed, results driven and profit and customer satisfaction oriented, always ensuring highest result achievement
- Provide professional technical trainings to SMCEE partners.
- Support on-site troubleshooting & answer claims in a professional manner for critical issues.
- Supports technical manager with technical training plan and takes initiatives with implementing technical trainings in order to achieve fully understanding of the features and benefits from the customers, and to increase the market share systematically.
- Active contribution in developing technical training materials and standards, processes and procedures in automotive aftersales business, technical training for sales staff, developing and delivering technical training programs
- Analyses latest regional aftersales situation, provide the aftersales development direction and method.
- Active contribution in developing standards, processes and procedures in automotive aftersales business.
- Aftersales budget strategy planning and budget management.

- Bachelor degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering
- 10+ years automobile technical support work experience with proven track records in CEE
- Have knowledge of CEE regional regulatory requirements
- Strong and accurate technical assessment/judgement abilities
- Logical thinking and strong capability of problem analysis
- Detail oriented
- Strong communication skill
- Fluency in English is essential, other language would be advantageous.
- This position is based in Hungary, and intensive travelling is required.
