Profil Recherché

- Formation : Un diplôme en ingénierie électrique ou en ingénierie de refroidissement est préféré.
- Expérience : Une expérience préalable en offre/gestion de projet dans le secteur de l’alimentation sécurisée est un atout, bien que non obligatoire.
- Compréhension technique : Une connaissance des principes d’ingénierie des systèmes d’alimentation sécurisée et du processus de proposition est souhaitée.
- Adaptabilité : Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique, à gérer plusieurs priorités et à s’adapter aux besoins changeants des projets.
- Compétences linguistiques : Maîtrise de l’anglais et du norvégien (le norvégien est indispensable).
Responsabilités Principales
Les missions principales du *Tender Engineer* incluent :
- Préparer des solutions techniques et des estimations de coûts pour les projets clients.
- Analyser les exigences techniques des projets à l’aide des demandes de devis pour élaborer des propositions de soumission.
- Assurer l’expertise dans tous les aspects de l’offre, y compris les propositions techniques, le financement et la gestion des flux de trésorerie.
- Veiller à la cohérence et à l’intégration des différents éléments liés aux projets.
- Participer aux initiatives d’amélioration continue des processus et des outils de soumission.

- Suitable educational degree (Electrical engineer or cooling engineering degree preferred)
- Previous experience in tendering, project management, or related roles within the secure power industry is beneficial but not mandatory as we will support you in your growth journey
- General understanding of secure power system engineering principles and tendering of secure power system solutions is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment, manage multiple priorities effectively, and adapt to evolving project requirements and customer expectations is essential
- Effective communication skills in Norwegian and English (Norwegian is mandatory)
What you will do
- Preparing technical solutions and costing/pricing for customer projects
- Analyze technical project requirements in request for quotations to develop tender proposals that align with customer needs and project objectives
- Ensure mastery of all aspects of the offer: technical proposal, costing, finance, cash flow, etc.
- Ensure consistency and interfaces, T&Cs, project set-up and hours, taxes, lessons learnt, etc.
- Contribute and learn to part-take in continuous improvement initiatives for tendering processes and tools, leveraging your insights and expertise to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
