Coaches who attain an average of 28 hours per week or more of on- and off-court duties qualify for full-time benefits.Midtown offers more training and development options than any other private commercial club company, including a professional development account to provide financial support for relevant education and training. Midtown coaches have opportunities to grow, develop and build a career.Competitive Compensation:Depending on credentials and experience, Part-Time Tennis Coaches may earn between $32-$43 per on court hour.Contact Midtown to pursue a Coaching career if you:· Have relevant coaching experience, including group and private lessons for adults and youth.· Are Safe Play certified or willing to become Safe Play certified prior to hiring.· Possess one nationally recognized racquet sports certification or be willing to become certified within 3 months of hire.· Have an NTRP rating of 4.0 or equivalent and be able to demonstrate skills effectively.· Have a growth mindset and are curious· Are passionate about helping others, see the glass as half-full, and enthusiastic about coming to work every day.This job description is intended to describe the general requirements for the position.
