Mission et Impact
En tant que Territory Manager pour les animaux de compagnie, vous aurez l’opportunité de jouer un rôle clé dans la santé animale au Portugal. Ce poste implique de gérer un territoire stratégique tout en établissant des relations significatives avec des professionnels vétérinaires, contribuant ainsi à une mission essentielle : améliorer la vie des animaux et de leurs propriétaires grâce à des produits innovants et de haute qualité.
Responsabilités Principales
Vous serez chargé de :
- Construire et maintenir des relations solides avec les vétérinaires, tout en atteignant les objectifs de vente fixés.
- Élaborer et exécuter un plan d’activités spécifique à votre territoire, en collaboration avec votre manager.
- Gérer votre portefeuille client grâce à une stratégie de segmentation ciblée et efficace.
- Rester informé sur les produits Boehringer Ingelheim, les activités des concurrents et les tendances du marché.
- Collaborer avec des équipes internes pour garantir une expérience client fluide et impactante.
Compétences et Expérience Requises
Pour rejoindre ce poste, les candidats doivent posséder :
- Une expérience en ventes ou gestion de territoire, de préférence dans l’industrie animale ou pharmaceutique.
- D’excellentes compétences en communication et en construction de relations, avec une approche centrée sur le client.
- Une compréhension solide du paysage vétérinaire pour les animaux de compagnie au Portugal.
- Une maîtrise du portugais, ainsi qu’une disposition à des déplacements fréquents dans les régions de Setúbal, Santarém et Leiria.

- Be the face of BI Animal Health for veterinary professionals in your region.

This position is a field-based role and reports directly to the Sales, Distribution & KA Manager Pets.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinary professionals, promoting BI’s companion animal portfolio and achieving sales targets.
- Develop and execute a territory-specific activity plan in close collaboration with your manager.
- Manage your customer portfolio using our segmentation strategy to ensure targeted, effective engagement.
- Stay informed on BI products, competitor activity, and market trends to deliver high-value customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and impactful customer experience.

- Experience in sales or territory management, ideally in the animal health or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
- High level of agility, service orientation, and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Solid understanding of the veterinary landscape for companion animals in Portugal.
- Fluency in Portuguese and willingness to travel extensively within the Setúbal, Santarém, and Leiria regions.
