Rôle et Responsabilités
En tant que Territory Sales Manager-Retail pour la marque Moen, votre mission consiste à gérer un portefeuille existant de clients, en assurant la croissance des ventes et le maintien de relations solides avec divers acteurs du secteur, notamment les grossistes et les professionnels de la construction.
Les principales responsabilités incluent :
- Diriger le développement des affaires pour Moen au sein de votre territoire, en atteignant les objectifs de vente et de rentabilité.
- Surveiller les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) tout en collaborant avec l’équipe NAM de Moen et d’autres responsables pour garantir des résultats au-dessus des prévisions.
- Agir en tant qu’expert en produits Moen, apportant un soutien aux équipes de vente extérieures sur le terrain.
- Cultiver des relations commerciales significatives pour convertir les clients de marques concurrentes vers Moen, avec un suivi régulier des conversions.
- Collaborer étroitement avec des représentants de vente et des équipes d’expédition pour assurer une synergie dans les objectifs commerciaux.
- Être l’interlocuteur privilégié auprès des équipes internes de Moen, en identifiant les opportunités et en proposant des solutions adaptées.
Exigences et Qualifications
Pour rejoindre Fortune Brands dans ce rôle, les candidats doivent répondre aux critères suivants :
- Titre universitaire de préférence.
- Minimum de trois ans d’expérience en vente, avec des compétences interpersonnelles excellentes.
- Capacité à écouter et à communiquer efficacement, accompagnée d’une énergie et d’un enthousiasme indéniables.
- Souplesse pour maximiser les opportunités commerciales et capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
- Disponibilité pour des déplacements occasionnels à l’extérieur.

Explore life at Fortune Brands hereJob DescriptionAs a Territory Sales Manager-Retail for our Moen brand, you will enjoy working with an established book of business customers to attain financial sales goals through maintaining and growing relationships with wholesalers, dealers, and construction professionals.The ideal candidate will have experience in outside or inside sales, be extremely autonomous, and able to travel overnight approximately 1-2 nights a month. You will have a background of growing and maintaining relationships through high-touch communications and knowledge sharing.This Hybrid position is based in Pennsylvania/New York/ New Jersey.What you will be doing:
- Responsible for providing leadership direction of Moen’s Pro business at THD within territory and achieve top line Pro sales plan and profitability growth targets through account relationships.
- Monitor KPI’s for territory and assigned THD Pro Managed Accounts. Exceed performance to plan through partnership with Moen NAM team and THD Regional Pro Sales Manager and other Home Depot PRO leadership teams.
- In market Moen product expert to support THD outside sales teams with product solutions for every pro and project to understand THD Pro Managed Accounts’ perspectives. Provide sales data/analysis and insights to drive local territory decisions and strategies to improve Moen’s competitive position.
- Drive incremental sales growth by cultivating meaningful business relationships with THD Pro Managed Accounts to drive conversions from competitive brands to Moen, tracking conversions and closings monthly.
- Partner with local THD Pro Outside Sales Rep and Pro Account Expeditor (PAE) teams, providing support needed, including product trainings and joint customer calls and ride-alongs.
- Work with Moen THD Account NAMs to create and implement regional PRO promotional opportunities quarterly and provide quarterly updates to THD Pro teams reviewing new product launches, active and upcoming promotions and trend reviews.
- Attend all 25 THD Regional Pro Roadshow, THD Pro Customer intimacy events, and responsible for the planning and execution of exclusive MOEN/THD OSR & Customer events around THD Regional PRO roadshows.
- Facilitate weekly review of open quotes report, following up directly with THD associates to increase close rates and grow incremental sales opportunities.
- Act as market Voice of the Customer (THD) internally with Moen cross-functional teams, proactively identifying and sharing new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
- Must possess a minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all Moen customers, subsidiaries, agents, and sales force.
- Must possess good listening and communication skills as well as energy, enthusiasm, and endurance.
- Ability to travel and work unsupervised as well as non-standard hours.
- Must be flexible to maximize business opportunities as they arise

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $56,000 USD – $84,700 USD.
