Responsabilités
Le Test Automation Engineer jouera un rôle clé dans l’amélioration des processus de test au sein de l’équipe. Ses principales responsabilités incluent :
- Création et alignement des plans de test pour de nouvelles fonctionnalités logicielles.
- Automatisation des tests E2E ainsi que la génération de données de test.
- Utilisation d’outils et frameworks de pointe en matière de test.
- Collaboration au sein d’une équipe internationale dans un environnement agile.
- Coaching des membres de l’équipe sur l’implémentation efficace de l’automatisation des tests.
- Réalisation de tests manuels exploratoires pour compléter les tests automatisés.
- Initiation d’innovations par l’implémentation de nouvelles techniques et technologies.
Profil recherché
Les candidats idéaux pour ce poste devront posséder :
- Une formation technique (HTL, FH, TU).
- Une passion pour analyser le fonctionnement de logiciels complexes.
- Une volonté d’apprendre et d’améliorer en permanence ses compétences.
- Capacité à concevoir des tests et des données de test de façon durable, minimisant ainsi les dettes techniques.
- Une expérience en langage orienté objet (de préférence Java).
- Une compréhension des fondamentaux de l’assurance qualité logicielle (certification ISTQB est un plus).
- Une connaissance des principes de CI/CD.
- Une ouverture à l’utilisation de nouvelles technologies, incluant l’IA dans les processus d’assurance qualité software.
- Des compétences communicationnelles en anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
