Description du Rôle

Dans un environnement technologique en constante évolution, Fiserv recherche un Test Engineering Tech Lead proactif et expérimenté. Ce poste est essentiel pour garantir la qualité et la conformité tout au long du processus de test. Responsabilités Principales

• Diriger des Initiatives de Test Stratégique : Fournir des conseils d’expert sur les méthodologies de test et participer aux décisions techniques clés.
• Promouvoir des Normes de Qualité : Mener des revues approfondies du code et des requêtes de fusion, favorisant une culture d’excellence technique.
• Encourager l’Innovation : Apporter des approches novatrices pour réduire les efforts manuels et accélérer le cycle de développement des produits.
• Mentorer les Talents QA : Offrir un mentorat pratique aux membres de l’équipe QA, cultivant une culture d’équipe performante et orientée croissance.
• Superviser la Planification des Tests : Évaluer les plans de tests des fonctionnalités et fournir des retours constructifs.
• Assurer l’Excellence de l’Exécution des Tests : Soutenir l’équipe dans l’exécution des tests planifiés et synthétiser les résultats dans des rapports clairs et informatifs.
• Conduire la Stratégie d’Automatisation : Collaborer à la création et au maintien de tests automatisés pour garantir leur alignement avec les exigences métiers.

Compétences Requises

• Expérience Technique : Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en Agile/Scrum et techniques de test exploratoires.
• Outils de Gestion : Maîtrise des outils tels qu’Azure DevOps, Jira ou équivalents.
• Tests d’Applications : Avoir pratiqué le test d’API, d’applications web et mobiles natives.
• Outils d’Analyse : Utilisation d’outils comme Charles Proxy, Postman, SoapUI.
• Automatisation : Expérience en création et maintenance de frameworks d’automatisation pour iOS/Android et web.

Compétences Supplémentaires Souhaitées

• Maîtrise des technologies C#, TypeScript et .NET.
• Connaissance des langages de programmation natifs iOS ou Android.
• Expertise en Pact Contract Testing et expérience en tests d’applications financières.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in both functional and non-functional testing and will contribute to the overall success of our projects by collaborating closely with team members.What you will do:

• Lead Strategic Testing Initiatives: Offer expert guidance on testing methodologies and contribute to key technical project decisions.
• Champion Quality Standards: Set the bar for quality by conducting thorough code and pull request reviews, promoting a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Inspire Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Encourage bold, forward-thinking approaches that challenge the status quo, aiming to reduce manual effort and accelerate the product development lifecycle.
• Mentor and Empower QA Talent: Provide hands-on mentorship and technical coaching to QA team members, cultivating a high-performing, growth-oriented team culture.
• Oversee Test Planning and Quality Assurance: Evaluate feature test plans and provide actionable, constructive feedback to improve test coverage and effectiveness.
• Ensure Test Execution and Reporting Excellence: Support the team in executing planned tests and synthesizing results into clear, actionable Test Closure Reports that inform stakeholders.
• Drive Automation Strategy: Collaborate with the team to create and sustain automated tests that align with business requirements and ensure traceability.

What you will need to have:

• Strong technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
• 5+ years of strong experience in Agile/Scrum using exploratory testing techniques and heuristics
• 5+ years of experience Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar backlog and defect management tools
• 5+ years of experience in testing API, web, and native mobile applications
• 5+ years of experience with Charles Proxy, Fiddler, or similar tools
• 5+ years of experience with using Postman, SoapUI, or similar tools
• 5+ years of experience in building and maintaining native iOS/Android mobile and web automation frameworks (e.g. Playwright, Selenium)
• 3+ years of experience with analytics tools like Dynatrace and Splunk
• 3+ years of experience with CI/CD advanced practices within Azure DevOps or a similar pipeline tool
• 3+ years of experience in performance testing for cloud-based and on-prem platforms.

What would be great to have:

• Expertise in C#, TypeScript, and .NET technologies
• Expertise in native iOS or Android programming languages.
• Expert in the usage of Pact Contract Testing
• Experience in testing financial applications
