Responsabilités clés
Dans ce poste, le technicien de test interagira avec plusieurs équipes fonctionnelles, notamment l’ingénierie et la fabrication. Les tâches comprennent :
- Configuration et utilisation des équipements de test : Préparer et faire fonctionner des stands de test variés, tout en configurant des appareils selon les exigences spécifiques.
- Analyse des résultats : Interpréter les résultats des tests et communiquer efficacement les statuts au sein de l’équipe.
- Dépannage : Identifier et isoler les pannes des équipements de test, utiliser des outils de diagnostic pour résoudre les problèmes au niveau sub-assemblage.
- Documentation : Maintenir une documentation précise et actualisée : enregistrement des données de test, gestion du flux de travail, et participation à la création de prototypes.

Qualifications requises
Pour postuler, les candidats doivent satisfaire aux critères suivants :
- Baccalauréat ou équivalent (G.E.D.) avec un diplôme associé en ingénierie électronique ou formation technique pertinente.
- Minimum d’une année d’expérience pertinente dans un environnement technique.
- Compétences en communication en anglais et en espagnol, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

In this role, you will be required to plan, conduct, and report on testing done to products under development as well as provide advice and feedback to relevant stakeholders.What You Will DoInteracts with other functional groups (e.g. engineering, manufacturing) on routine technical matters
Setting up and operating various test stands
Configuring test equipment for special tests as needed
Interpreting and recording test results
Recognizing and isolating test equipment failures
Taking electrical measurements to determine select resistors using strong math skills
Using diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electronic units to the sub-assembly and component level
Reading and interpreting technical data such as component maintenance manuals, engineering prints, and schematics
Effectively communicating work status to team members and support staff (e.g. shift pass down, engineering, maintenance)
Perform technical tasks based on detailed written or verbal instructions.
Utilize limited variety of microelectronic, electronic, optical, electro-optical, mechanical, or electromechanical equipment, including computers and lasers.
Perform entry level troubleshooting, calibration or modification of hardware, fixtures, and software.
Participate on project teams.
Perform task prioritization.
Apply technical expertise in the evaluation, development, maintenance and use of products, devices, tests, or procedures under constantly changing conditions where some ingenuity and judgment are required.
Support activities through the resolution of problems and preparation and maintenance of documentation.
Manage work flow throughout area to achieve team goals.
Evaluate and troubleshoot non-conformances.
Fabricate hardware, equipment, tools or prototypes from drawings or sketches.
Estimate labor, material, and manufacturing costs for the building and repair of product or process enhancement.
Provide accurate recording of time changes, test data, parts usage, etc. This requires limited data interpretation.
Utilize multiple databases to create/use necessary information to provide information for decision making requiring limited judgment.Qualifications You Must HaveTypically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US), an Associate degree in technical area: Electronic Engineering, Electronics
or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
