  • Maintains working knowledge of Evidence Based Practices, current Co-Occurring Disorder treatment recommendations and trends in community mental health, including health care reform
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of community agencies, resources, and other services
  • Maintains thorough, accurate and timely documentation as per clinical and administrative policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with clients, other treatment team members, DHHS, doctors, hospitals, medical clinics, housing programs, etc. to provide the best service to the clients
  • Provides external consultation and referrals to other organizations
  • Participates in multidisciplinary focus groups, committees, and task forces charged with researching and improving clinical practices and developing or updating programs and business processes
  • Provides clinical services required by special programs and projects
  • Effectively interacts and communicates with other MHP staff/clients/customers/partners/etc.
  • Regular and consistent attendance is required to perform other essential functions of the job
  • Participates in internal consultation and supervision with team members and other professionals in the organization

  • Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field, plus 1+ year internship, and one (1) or more years experience in a clinical setting
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or full licensed acquired within twenty four (24) months (Licensure Preferred).
  • Some positions may be required to have current CO Driver’s License, a safe driving record
  • Experience with adult mental health and substance use population

This position will be posted, at minimum, until March 28th and may remain open until a sufficient candidate pool has been collected.
