– Develop GTM strategies in regions for Japan TikTok commerce, educate the market to partners, creators, and end users for content commerce.
– Organize and coordinate cross-departmental resources to define and support business growth campaign activities
– Identifying key marketing channels and coordinating with XFN teams to drive partners’ adoption and revenue growth
– Help generate strategies and thought leadership for priority verticals and client planning.
– Partner with the category team to develop partners’ mass onboarding strategy for the Japanese market
– Understand and develop campaign strategies that serve as a core lever towards the growth of the Japan TikTok commerce.
– Organize and coordinate cross-departmental resources to define and support business growth campaign activities
– Navigating through ambiguity, adapting to frequent changes, and influencing key stakeholders
– Decomposing complex problems, devising new approaches, and creating scalable solutionsQualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
– Excellent project management skills and ownership, fast learner with a strong can-do attitude
– Strong knowledge of the Japanese commerce landscape, partners’ demands, digital evolution, and mobile transformation
– Strong understanding of social commerce, content marketing, and influencers
– Proficient in Japanese, fluent in English; Cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills working cross-functionally in a global working environmentPreferred Qualifications:
– 5+ years of relevant experience in large commerce platforms, leading consulting or Internet companies
