Description du poste : Position SummaryThe National ToT Trainer will contribute to strengthening the capacity of occupational therapy faculty at partner universities by conducting a Training of Trainers (ToT) course. The course will be delivered in a hybrid format: online sessions and a ten-day in-person training in Lviv. The National ToT Trainer will collaborate with international and national colleagues, representatives of the Ukrainian Society of Occupational Therapists (USET), and Rehab4U OT Technical Specialist to participate in the development of the course program and materials, as well as in its delivery.This is a short-term consultancy role, and the course will be delivered in a hybrid format – including online sessions and a 10-day in-person training in Lviv.About Momentum Wheels for HumanitySince 1996, Momentum Wheels for Humanity has increased access to mobility and improved the quality of life for children, teens, and adults with physical disabilities in more than 50 low- and middle-income countries. For more information, visit .Expected Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe National ToT Trainer will perform the following specific responsibilities during the consultancy period:In cooperation with the ToT International Trainers, representatives of the Ukraine Society of Ergotherapists (USET), and the Rehab4U OT Technical Specialist, develop a program for the ToT course for OT faculty.

• The National ToT Trainer will be involved in providing recommendations on the design, program, and schedule of the ToT course in collaboration with international and national colleagues, USET representatives, and Rehab4U OT Technical Specialist.
• The National ToT Trainer will be responsible for creating clear and practical training materials for the topics they will teach during the ToT course. This includes preparing presentations and handouts to support participants’ learning.

Conduct a part of the ToT course in a hybrid format in cooperation with international and national colleagues.

• The National ToT Trainer will conduct an agreed number of online training sessions in collaboration with international and national colleagues, if needed.
• The National ToT Trainer will be involved in conducting the ten-day in-person course in collaboration with international and national colleagues according to the agreed schedule.
• Upon completion of the course, the National ToT Trainer will deliver a comprehensive report including feedback on the course implementation, assessment of participants’ knowledge and skills, and recommendations for further development and capacity building of occupational therapy lecturers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of practical experience as an occupational therapist.
• Experience in teaching or training (e.g., in academic or non-formal education settings).
• Membership in the Ukrainian Society of Ergotherapists (USET) is required.
• English language proficiency is not required for this role.
