Description et responsabilités
Le poste de Transport Scheduler & Planner au sein d’Archer-Daniels-Midland se déroule dans un environnement logistique dynamique, où l’objectif principal est d’assurer une gestion efficace des livraisons.
Rôles et responsabilités :
- Collaboration interne : Travailler avec les équipes commerciales, de service client et de production pour garantir la livraison des commandes dans le respect des contrats.
- Gestion d’entrepôt : Superviser des tâches liées à la qualité, au contrôle des stocks et à la logistique, en se concentrant sur l’exactitude de l’inventaire.
- Analyse des coûts : Évaluer et rapporter les coûts d’expédition, ainsi que la qualité des services fournis.
- Support aux équipes commerciales : Offrir des informations logistiques pertinentes.
- Optimisation : Contribuer à l’amélioration des coûts dans la chaîne d’approvisionnement, y compris l’augmentation de la charge utile et la réduction des coûts d’entreposage.
Exigences du candidat
Nous recherchons des candidats possédant des compétences solides et une expérience pertinente dans le domaine de la logistique.
- Niveau d’éducation : Diplôme de niveau SŠ/VŠ.
- Expérience : Minimum de 2 ans en logistique, idéalement dans l’industrie alimentaire.
- Anglais professionnel : Maîtrise écrite et orale d’un niveau minimum B2.
- Compétences techniques : Excellente maîtrise du pack MS Office, et compétences avancées en Excel.
- Connaissances en SAP : Un atout apprécié.
- Capacités personnelles : Approche créative et analytique, capacités de travail en équipe, flexibilité et gestion des priorités.

- Collaborate internally with sales, customer service and production teams and is responsible for the delivery of customer orders in accordance with the provisions of the sales contract, on time, in full and in quality
- Oversee warehouse duties including quality assurance, inventory control, logistics, shipping, and is responsible for the inventory accuracy and compliance of the logistics activities in the given locations
- Analyze and report shipping costs, planning and quality
- Review of received shipping invoices
- Backup for other transport schedulers and planners
- Process freight request and estimate transport costs of new businesses
- Provide support to the commercial team with logistics information and knowledge
- Update and maintain logistics data in the systems
- Report on logistics costs, performance of service providers, and define improvement plans
- Contribute to the optimization and improvement of the costs of the Supply Chain (increase payload, optimize distribution network, decrease warehousing costs, improve distribution network …)
- Support the yearly budget and tendering processes, and perform Ad Hoc analysis
Candidate requirements:
- SŠ/VŠ
- Experience or background in logistics (
2 years) and possibly in food industry * Business English, both written and spoken (min. B2 level)
- Good MS Office skills and knowledge, with advanced level in Excel
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Ability to learn new software
- A creative & analytical approach with an eye for detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the many disciplines in the organization
- Ability to deliver under pressure with a high standard and short deadlines
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-changing environment and manage multiple priorities
