Job DescriptionWHAT YOU’LL DO
- Comply with Transshipment processes, Customs reporting and regulations
- Meet performance targets (KPI’s)
- Identify potential synergies within the group with respect to Transshipment
- Monitor and follow up performance of short sea-carries
- Coordinate and execute import Transshipment in North Europe
- Maintain day-to-day transshipment activities in Europe
- Tracking of shipments to reduce mitigation of deviations
- Approve invoices within delegation of authority limit
- Coordinate Import Transshipment in MED & BS
- Provide high levels of communication to Agents
Job RequirementsWHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Ability to manage stressful situations
- Great organisation and structeral skills
- Focused on delivering customer satisfaction both externally and internally
- Result oriented and proactive in identifying improvement opportunities
- Excellent English and communication skills
- Ability to work across countries and cultures
- Team oriented
EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE
- General Shipping knowledge
- Basic knowledge of maritime and transportation law would be advantageous
