Les Missions de l’Analyste Trésorerie

Dans le cadre d’unifiation des processus financiers au sein de l’organisation, l’équipe Finance Order-to-Cash (F-O2C) joue un rôle clé dans la gestion efficace des flux de trésorerie. L’analyste trésorerie aura pour principales responsabilités de :

• Exécuter des paiements manuels pour toute la région des Amériques, conformément aux directives de l’entreprise.
• S’assurer le suivi des paiements réalisés, tant au niveau des systèmes internes que des portails bancaires.
• Gérer l’accès bancaire et réaliser des audits utilisateurs.
• Assister les équipes en fournissant les informations nécessaires sur les paiements et les banques.
• Contribuer à l’analyse et à la préparation des états financiers trimestriels et annuels.
• Participer à de petits projets visant à améliorer l’efficacité des processus.
• Aider dans la préparation des exigences d’audit externe et interne.

Qualifications Requises

Les candidats doivent satisfaire aux critères suivants :

• Éducation : Étudiant avancé ou diplômé en comptabilité, administration des affaires, finance ou domaines similaires.
• Expérience : Plus de 2 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans le secteur financier ou un domaine connexe.
• Langues : Niveau avancé en anglais; la maîtrise du portugais est un atout.
• Compétences Techniques : Connaissance de SAP et maîtrise avancée des outils Microsoft Office.
• Compétences Interpersonnelles : Attention aux détails, pensée analytique, communication efficace, travail en équipe, proactivité et capacité d’adaptation.

From our Hub in Montevideo, we cover the processes from the moment of sale to the moment of customer payment, and we are responsible for key areas such as treasury and cash management, accounts receivable, collections management, credit management, intercompany reconciliation, and master data for customers and suppliers. Our goal is to maintain strong and agile processes, minimize financial and operational risks, and promote continuous innovation through the digitalization and automation of tasks.Main Objective of the Position:Provide the necessary support (execution, information) in relation to Treasury transactions, payments, sending proof of payments and bank information to the areas that require itMain Tasks:

• Execution of manual Payments for all America’s region according to the Guidelines of the company.
• Follow the manual Payments that were executed by the team in the systems or/and the bank portal.
• Bank access administration and user audits
• Assist teams that require information on payments or banks, sending poof of payments, searching for payments on the bank portal, analyzing transactions.
• Execute, filling and analysis of the footnotes to the financial statements quarterly, Bilanz and annual for companies B,C,D and E.
• Participation in Small Projects.
• Asist in the analysis, and preparation of external Audit requirements, internal Audit, and implementation of changes to improve process efficiency.

Minimum Education and Qualification Requirements for the Position:

• Education | Advanced student or graduate of Accountant or Business Administration, Finance or similar
• Work Experience | More than 2 years of professional experience in finance or similar.
• Languages | Advanced level of English; proficiency in Portuguese is highly valued.
• Technical Skills | Knowledge in SAP will be highly valued, as well as advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Soft Skills | Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, effective communication, teamwork, proactivity, and adaptability. Able to navigate dynamic environments with flexibility.
