Le poste de **Responsable Sécurité, Qualité et Environnement** représente un rôle clé chez KONE, avec des responsabilités essentielles dans la gestion de l’excellence opérationnelle. Ce leader stratégique devra non seulement garantir la conformité avec les normes mondiales, mais également promouvoir une culture de sécurité proactive et intégrer des pratiques durables.
Responsabilités Clés
Les principales missions incluent :
- Gestion de la Sécurité : Implémenter et maintenir un système de gestion de la sécurité qui minimise les risques.
- Culture Proactive : Établir des objectifs de sécurité et renforcer une culture axée sur la sécurité par le biais de l’engagement du leadership.
- Planification des Urgences : Élaborer des plans de réponse aux crises pour assurer une préparation optimale en cas d’incidents.
- Assurance Qualité : Développer des stratégies de qualité alignées sur la vision de KONE, en identifiant les domaines d’amélioration.
- Durabilité Environnementale : Mettre en œuvre des stratégies de gestion environnementale en conformité avec les objectifs de durabilité de l’entreprise.
Profil Recherché
KONE recherche un candidat avec les qualifications suivantes :
- Diplôme : M.Sc. ou Licence dans des domaines connexes.
- Certificat de Classe A : Requis pour une évaluation efficace des risques.
- Compétences Linguistiques : Maîtrise de l’anglais à un niveau avancé.
- Leadership Établi : Capacité à diriger et à collaborer avec les parties prenantes.
- Expérience Reconnaissable : Expertise en gestion des incidents et en amélioration des processus, y compris Lean Six Sigma.

Join our flow.About the RoleAs the Head of Safety, Quality and Environment, you will be responsible for leading and driving operational excellence in safety, quality, and environmental management within KONE. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with global standards, fostering a proactive safety culture, enhancing quality performance, and integrating sustainable practices. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can implement, improve, and manage frameworks that align with KONE’s commitment to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.Your responsibilities will span safety management, quality assurance, and environmental sustainability, ensuring that all practices support KONE’s objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer satisfaction goals. You will work closely with global, area, and unit leadership teams to develop and maintain robust policies and initiatives that minimize risk, improve performance, and enhance operational effectiveness.Key Responsibilities
- Implement, maintain, and enhance KONE’s safety management system to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Establish safety objectives, roles, and responsibilities while driving a strong safety culture through leadership and engagement.
- Lead committees and forums, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to promote a proactive safety-first mindset.
- Develop and oversee crisis and emergency response plans, ensuring preparedness for potential incidents.
- Manage incident investigations, audits, and risk assessments, continuously improving processes to prevent accidents and enhance workplace safety.
- Drive quality strategies aligned with KONE’s vision, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Oversee quality performance metrics, identifying key improvement areas and driving initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct audits, corrective actions, and quality assurance programs to minimize operational inefficiencies and optimize processes.
- Promote accountability across teams, ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices in quality and safety management.
- Develop and implement environmental management strategies that align with KONE’s sustainability goals and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on environmental impact, driving initiatives to reduce waste, improve resource efficiency, and support carbon reduction efforts.
- Engage stakeholders to enhance awareness and adoption of safety, quality, and environmental best practices.
- Act as a role model, demonstrating ownership of safety, quality, and environmental leadership principles.
- Work cross-functionally with global teams, unit managers, and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance organizational competencies in safety, quality, and environmental management.
- Continuously assess industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to improve operations and maintain compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
- M.Sc. or Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- Holding a Class A certificate
- An advanced level of English, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to drive performance, implement change, and foster a proactive safety culture
- Recognized professional qualification in safety with expertise in risk assessment, audits, and compliance
- Experience in incident management, process improvement, and Lean Six Sigma
- Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental sustainability, and quality assurance strategies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Cross-cultural communication and training capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in digital and mobile environments
- High ethical standards, integrity, and commitment to continuous improvement
