Responsabilités principales :
- *Façonner la transformation digitale* des entreprises en ayant une perspective globale des solutions techniques et des particularités de chaque client.
- *Développer des projets novateurs* en facilitant l’adoption de méthodes agiles et d’approches modernes lors de la mise en œuvre stratégique des systèmes informatiques.
- *Optimiser les parcours clients sur mesure*, en tenant compte des évolutions du marché et des technologies émergentes, telles que l’apprentissage automatique.
- *Concevoir et optimiser des architectures IT uniques* en adéquation avec les exigences des entreprises, tout en intégrant des solutions durables et résilientes face aux cyber-menaces.
Profil requis :
- *Diplôme en informatique, en informatique de gestion* ou dans un domaine connexe.
- *Trois années d’expérience minimum* en conseil IT.
- *Capacité à résoudre des défis numériques complexes* tout en partageant des solutions innovantes.
- *Aptitude à travailler avec des équipes interdisciplinaires* et dans des contextes internationaux, avec une flexibilité pour des déplacements.
- *Maîtrise du turc et de l’anglais*, permettant la communication sur des sujets techniques complexes.

- You’ll shape the digital transformation of globally leading companies while keeping overarching technical solutions and individual client circumstances clearly in view
- You’ll develop groundbreaking projects by enabling your clients to effectively use agile methods and modern approaches in the context of strategic IT implementation
- You’ll smooth the path for tailored, future-oriented customer journeys based on precise analysis of the specific situation and with current market developments and trends – such as machine learning – in mind
- You’ll design and optimize unique IT architectures within the framework of enterprise solution requirements, modern custom software developments, and sustainable digital solutions, including cyber resilience
What You’ll Bring
- You have a degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline
- You have at least three years of relevant experience in IT consulting
- You know exactly what the buzzwords machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile, AI, and robotics mean
- You enjoy tackling complex digital challenges and are enthusiastic about developing and sharing solutions
- You feel comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts and are flexible and willing to travel
- You’re good at understanding and communicating complex topics in both Turkish and English
