Les candidats au poste de Principal Account Manager joueront un rôle crucial au sein de l’équipe de vente d’ADI, en se concentrant sur le développement de stratégies gagnantes pour les comptes dans le secteur aérospatial et de la défense, particulièrement en Italie. Ce poste requiert une forte autonomie ainsi qu’une capacité à établir des relations durables avec les clients.
Aperçu des responsabilités clés :
- Construire et maintenir des relations de confiance avec les clients afin de comprendre les nouvelles tendances en matière de produits.
- Planifier l’intégration des produits ADI et augmenter la part de marché de l’entreprise.
- Élaborer des plans de compte détaillés et communiquer les recommandations au management d’ADI.
- Développer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de vente efficace pour les comptes attribués.
- Négocier les contrats et les prévisions de prix jusqu’à leur aboutissement réussi.
- Assumer la responsabilité de tous les aspects du processus de vente.
- Démontrer une croissance de revenus annuelle à travers des opportunités d’intégration.
- Développer des présentations adaptés à divers publics.
- Établir des relations à tous les niveaux avec les clients et les unités de développement produit d’ADI.
- Faciliter les engagements avec les dirigeants des clients.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe globale et d’autres groupes internes.
- Assister à des salons et conférences de l’industrie.
- Assurer un reporting régulier et précis conforme aux procédures internes.
Exigences en matière de formation :
- Diplôme en ingénierie électronique ou dans des domaines connexes (BEng, MEng, BSc, MSc).
- Formation supplémentaire en techniques de vente et négociation préférée.
Expérience et connaissances requises :
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de comptes clés dans l’industrie des semi-conducteurs.
- Expérience de la vente technique à de grands comptes.
- Compétence en gestion de projets de vente à échelle mondiale.
- Expérience dans la négociation de contrats complexes.
- Excellente connaissance de l’industrie des semi-conducteurs, tant analogiques que numériques.
- Capacité à collaborer et travailler efficacement au sein d’équipes virtuelles.
Compétences linguistiques :
- Turc – courant
- Anglais – courant
- Une autre langue est un plus.
Spécificités du poste :
- Citoyenneté turque requise en raison d’activités spécifiques sur le marché aérospatial et de la défense.

- Build and maintain trustful relationships with the relevant customers to understand new product developments.
- Plan and ensure ADI product design-in as well as increase the ADI’s market share.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategy for the assigned accounts.
- Evaluate and qualify new accounts, with management of the use of ADI resources.
- Conduct all contract and price negotiations up to successful conclusion.
- Assume overall responsibility for managing all aspects of the sales process.
- Demonstrate annual revenue growth by identifying, cultivating and closing Design In opportunities
- Develop and deliver customer presentations to diverse audiences.
- Develop relationships at all levels with customer and ADI product development Business Units.
- Drive engagements between ADI and customer Executives
- Collaborate and liaise closely with all members of the global account team and other internal groups such as technical support, development, marketing, product management, internal sales and customer service.
- Attend trade shows and industry events/conferences.
- Ensure regular and accurate reporting in accordance with internal procedures and guidelines.
Education/Training
- Degree level (BEng, MEng, BSc, MSc) in electronic engineering or related disciplines. Analog and mixed-signal semiconductor expertise preferred.
- Additional training in sales techniques and methodologies especially value-based-selling, ROI, as well as negotiation and presentation skills, communication, key account and project management will be a strong advantage.
Experience/Knowledge
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a key account/ global account management role in the SC industry. Experience in ADEF segment is a plus.
- Experience in technical Sales to Major Accounts, Key Accounts etc.
- Experience in managing and coordinating sales projects on a global scale
- Experience in negotiating complex contracts, at technical and management level
- Experience with applying ROI and related methodologies
- Excellent knowledge of the semiconductor industry, ideally of both analog & digital applications
- Experience with the design and delivery of customer presentations
- Experience in using innovative customer management, reporting and forecasting systems
- Experience in collaborating and working effectively with virtual sales teams
- Experience in working in dynamic, matrix structured global organizations
Languages
- Turkish – fluent
- English – fluent
- Other language is a plus
Specifics
- Due to specific activities addressing the Turkish Aerospace & Defense market, the Turkish citizenship is mandatory for this position.
